Ways to contact us
The ICT Service Desk is your first point of contact for IT-related problems and queries. The ICT Service Desk is open from Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 18.00 (excluding College closure days).
ICT Service Desk in the Central Library
Face to face support is offered by our Service Desk Specialists in the Central Library on South Kensington Campus. We are present from 08:30 to 18.00, Monday to Friday on Level 1, opposite the central staircase, next to Room 110.
We can help you:
- connect to the WiFi
- reset your password
- install software
- set up an email account
- download applications
- laptop surgery, anti-virus software
- general mobile, tablet and laptop queries
ICT Pop-up Help Desk
Throughout March and April our ICT engineers are popping up in multiple locations across South Kensington Campus, extending the services offered by the ICT Service Desk in the Central Library. Drop by from 10.00 till 16.00 on the following dates and let us help you with your ICT queries:
